Note: All session times include a 10 minute consultation and time for dressing and undressing. For example: A 60 minute session included 50 minute of hands on service and 10 minutes of consultation and dressing.
Rejuvenation Massage
Massage Overview
This Swedish inspired massage provides you the ability to unwind the mind and body by focusing on the overall relaxation of the body. By applying firm but gentle pressure to improve relaxation, reduce stress and unwind sore muscles. Transforming your stress into balance with a therapeutic touch. This session also includes paraffin wax which is applied onto your hands and feet, then wrapped with a warm towel for 10 minutes. This warm wax provides
relaxation to those tired, stressed out and over worked hand and feet.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Massage Overview
This therapeutic modality is tailored to address your needs. It applies deep pressure in order to penetrate and reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, where aches and pains are held. This is great for over worked and extreme tension areas. Also included in your session is 10 minutes of red light therapy. This red light is used to warm up your muscle to increase circulation in the targeted area to release tension and decrease inflammation.

Expectant Mother Massage

Massage Overview
This massage is tailored to relax mom and baby. The massage is done while expecting moms are in a side lying position. Positioning pillows are used to support and decrease pressure off the body and light to medium pressure is applied during the massage. This massage is great to alleviate tired muscles, back pain and sore legs. Extra care and attention are given to the mothers comfort and stage of pregnancy. Mothers must be passed their first trimester.
